Ebbets Field stadium seat

DescriptionDark blue painted wood and iron folding stadium seat with slat back and iron legs and arms. "24" is stenciled at the top seat back slat. There are two mounts to mount the chair into the ground which are separate from the chair and stored nearby.

Bio/Historical NoteStadium seat from Ebbets Field, salvaged from the demolition of the stadium in 1960. Ebbets Field was the home of the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1913 to 1957. It was demolished in 1960 and replaced by apartment buildings.
