Rita Briggs South Bend Blue Sox tunic

DescriptionOff-white twill tunic with off-center buttons, side zipper and a fold-down collar. Center of the chest has a circular blue and yellow patch, "City South Bend Indiana." The flared skirt appears to have been hemmed shorter than it usually would have been. Back of the tunic has very worn blue felt numbers, "20."
