The lower half has a piece called "Some Jokes and Near Jokes," with jokes on various subjects. The envelope (not shown) has the "Planters Hotel, St. Louis, Mo." logo on the top left. The back has 4 black-and-white images of different hotels, and Lyman T. Hay, Genl Mgr, typed underneath.
