DescriptionA black-and-white digital image of Lefty Weinert captured in profile after releasing his warm up throw on the baseball field. Weinert's left arm is hanging down in front of him and his left leg is off the ground. Weinert is dressed in the Chicago Cubs uniform but it is undistinguishable whether it is a home or road uniform. Baseball fans are visible in the unidentified stadium seating in the background. Based on Weinert's uniform and his time with the Chicago Cubs this digital image was taken between 1927 and 1928.
