DescriptionA black-and-white, head and shoulder, photograph of Wilbert Robinson captured looking straight ahead with a serious expression on his face. He is dressed in the Baltimore Orioles home uniform. A newspaper clipping is affixed to the back of the photograph and states, "Baltimore's Uncle Robbie a catcher in the 1890s wears the American League's triple crown this year for hitting, for runs batted in and..." Based on Wilbert Robinson's uniform and his time with the Baltimore Orioles this photograph was taken in approximately 1895.
