DescriptionGold pin in the shape of a pirate's head. Pirate has a black eye patch and is holding a knife in his teeth. Gold lettering includes "1959 All-Star Game" on the top black hat, "Press" on the red handle of the knife, and "Pittsburgh / Bicentennial" on the white enamel lower half. Reverse has a post with "Balfour" imprinted.
