Description1951 Fort Wayne Daisies program and score book. The front cover depicts a female baseball player swinging a bat and looking after the ball she has hit. Above her head in white lettering is "Fort Wayne Daisies." On the right of the cover in stylized lettering is "Major League Girls Baseball- America's Greatest Sports Thrill." Underneath this is a photo of Fort Wayne player Dorothy A. Schroeder. In brown lettering on the bottom left is 10 cents. Around the bottom of the front cover are signatures from Kathryn Vonderau, Betty Foss, Mava Lee "Tommy" Thomas, Dorothy Schroeder, Mirtha "Mita" Marrero. The back cover depicts a Capehart ad featuring the clock radio. The top right corner of the back cover also has signatures from Rockford Peaches players Dorothy Key (Ferguson) and Marie Kelley (Mansfield).
