DescriptionAn official scorebook from the Australian Baseball League, which includes a scored game between the Adelaide Giants and the Melbourne Aces, January 8, 2022. This game features Genevieve Beacom of the Melbourne Aces, the first female to pitch in the league. The scorecard includes the team names, Melbourne Ballpark, date of January 8, 2022, start time of 19:09 [7:09PM) and finish time of 21:56 (9:56PM). The rosters are penciled in, as well as each player's fielding and batting statistics. Their uniform numbers are written in red ink. Each card includes pitchers and catchers used, who's on the bench, coach's name, official recorder's name, and team's scorer. The bottom left includes who won, score, umpires, winning and losing pitchers. The scorebook has games from January 19, 2020 to February 6, 2022. The front cover reads "Baseball.com.au, Official Baseball Score Book." The bottom has the names of the seven league districts and "Australian Government, Australian Sports Commission" in the center. The first pages include legend for scoring, symbols and colors to be used. There is a page for scorebook abbreviations and the last page has the addresses for each of the seven districts.
