DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of three All-American Girls Professional Baseball League players dressed in South Bend Blue Sox uniforms. The players are identified on the reverse (not shown) as Faye Dancer, Dottie Wiltse, and Tiby Eisen although none of these players ever played for South Bend. The three women are standing shoulder to shoulder, looking towards the camera, with gloves on their respective left hands. Other players can be seen milling around on the grass behind them and there is an unidentified building to the right in the background. It is unknown the exact date that the photograph was taken but it was probably between 1943 and 1954, the years that this team existed.
