DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Helen (Callaghan) Candaele in a Kenosha Comets uniform, taken in 1949. Candaele is posed in a batting position and not looking into the camera. The stadium in the background of the photo is unidentified. The date of the photo was determined by consulting the Candaele's career record and the date of her marriage. Helen Callaghan married and took the name Candaele in 1948 and the front of the photo is autographed "Helen Candaele".
