Alan Trammell World Series bat

DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat with "Worth / Model 500T / Tullahoma, Tennessee Made in U.S.A. / Tennessee Thumper" in the center of the barrel and "Hand Crafted / Alan Trammell / Model" near the end of the barrel. There are two black stripes around the perimeter of the taper with a circular silver decal to the left, "Swing / B-10 / Weight." The handle is taped.

Bio/Historical NoteBat used by Detroit Tigers shortstop Alan Trammell on October 13, 1984 to hit a two run home run in Game 4 of the 1984 World Series versus the San Diego Padres. Trammell was later named MVP of the Series as Detroit won the Championship, four games to one.
