Bio/Historical NoteBaseball from Game 7 of the 1991 World Series when Minnesota Twins' Gene Larkin hit a single in the bottom of the 10th inning, scoring the Series winning run for the Minnesota Twins. The Minnesota Twins defeated the Atlanta Braves four games to three to win the 1991 World Series. Fay Vincent served as Major League Baseball's eighth commissioner from 1989 to 1992.
