The ball has been signed in blue and black ink over its entire surface by Commander Ken Bowersox, Kent Rominger, Cady Coleman, Michael Lopez-Alegria, Kathryn Thorton, Fred Leslie, and Albert Sacco.
Bio/Historical NoteOfficial National League baseball used for the ceremonial first pitch of Game 5 of the 1995 World Series, thrown on October 26, 1995, in space by commander Ken Bowersox aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia. The Atlanta Braves defeated the Cleveland Indians four games to two to win the 1995 World Series.
