DescriptionWhite shirt , size 50, with six clear buttons down the front placket and "Padres" in navy blue and gray appliques across the front chest. There is navy blue and gray piping around the sleeve ends and neckline. Proper left front shirttail has a manufacturer label and a sizing tag. Proper left sleeve has a team logo patch with an embroidered manufacturer logo below. Proper right sleeve has a white square patch, "Shirts Off Their Backs / 2006 / The Padres Foundation For Children." Reverse of the shirt has "Hoffman" and "51" in navy blue and gray appliques. There is an MLB logo patch at the top back of the neck.
Bio/Historical NoteSan Diego Padres home jersey worn by relief pitcher Trevor Hoffman on September 24, 2006 in a 2-1 Padres win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. This was Hoffman's 479th career save.
