DescriptionNatural stain wooden bat, 32 ounces, with a red and black "X Bat" manufacturer sticker in the center of the barrel and "Model 72 / Jacoby Ellsbury / Pro Maple 33.5" near the end of the barrel. Barrel end tip is cupped. "31" is handwritten in silver ink inside the cupped barrel end tip along with "46" handwritten in black ink over top of this. Knob end has "46" in silver stickers with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker.
Bio/Historical NoteRookie outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury smacked four hits, including three doubles, with this bat to lead the Boston Red Sox to a 10-5 victory in Game 3 of the 2007 World Series on October 27th. The Red Sox ultimately defeated the Colorado Rockies to collect their second World Series championship in four seasons and their seventh overall.
