DescriptionWhite leather baseball with red stitching and black stamps, including "Wilson / A1010 / Premium Leather," "Official Eastern League" with facsimile autograph of the president, and "Symmetrically Wound." Ball has been signed over the entire surface in blue ink.

Bio/Historical NoteNew Britain Red Sox team signed baseball. Baseball features a signature of Jeff Bagwell who was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in 2017. The New Britain Red Sox were the Boston Red Sox farm club in the AA Eastern League beginning in 1983. Their affiliation with the Red Sox ended after the 1994 season, and the club became known as the Hardware City Rock Cats the following year. In 1990, while playing for the New Britain Red Sox, Bagwell won the Eastern League Most Valuable Player Award.
