Bio/Historical NoteBall thrown by Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander to Blue Jays batter Vladimir Guerrero Jr. in the 4th inning of Verlander's no-hitter in Toronto on September 1, 2019. It was Verlander's third career no-hitter, placing him in the company of Nolan Ryan, Sandy Koufax, Bob Feller, Larry Corcoran, and Cy Young as the sixth pitcher to accomplish the feat as many as three times in a career.
