DescriptionBlue felt pennant, wider on the left side and tapering to a point on the right side. Front has "Washington Senators" in white painted lettering as well as a white painted depiction to the left of a man wearing a long coat and hat in a pitching stance with a cigar in his mouth. He is standing within a pink and white circle with a larger white circle surrounding it. To the lower right is a white painted depiction of the Washington Monument. Front has white felt trim along the left edge.
