DescriptionA Philadelphia Athletics official scorecard for 1953. The scorecard found inside, not scored, is for a game played between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Athletics. The upper half of the front cover features the Athletics elephant pictured inside a baseball and the bottom half features an advertisement for Philco (selling television, radios, phonographs, refrigerators, freezers, electric ranges, and air conditioners). The front cover text is printed using white, red, and black ink. The back cover features a full page advertisement for RCA (Radio Corporation of America). The back cover text is printed using black, red, and white ink.
