The scorecard is scored. The front cover features an image of the exterior of Miami Stadium with people waiting to enter the gates. The front cover also features an advertisement for dog racing. The text is printed in orange, white, and black ink. The back cover features an advertisement for Florida Power & Light Company, printed in black ink.

Bio/Historical NoteThe Baltimore Orioles won the game by a score of 7 to 6. Mickey Mantle and Elston Howard hit home runs in this game.
