DescriptionA five part official lineup card for United States national team for a game played between Japan and the USA on August 7, 2021 in Yokohama, Japan. The lineup card is signed by US team manager Mike Scioscia. The card was filled out in black and blue ink.

Bio/Historical NoteThis lineup card was for the Gold Medal Olympic baseball game. There are five copies of the card. The white copy is for the home plate umpire. The green is for the visitor team, The yellow copy is for the scorer. The blue copy is for TC and the pink copy is for the home team.
