BiographyThe Peninsula Pilots were a minor league team based in Hampton, VA that played in the Carolina League from 1976 to 1985, 1989 to 1992. They were affiliated with the Philadelphia Phillies from 1976 to 1985, the Seattle Mariners from 1990 to 1992. Home games were played at Peninsula War Memorial Stadium.
