The Wytheville Cubs were a minor league team based in Wytheville, VA that played in the Appalachian League from 1985 to 1989. They were affiliated with the Chicago Cubs during this time. Previously the team was known as the Wytheville Braves and were affiliated with the Atlanta Braves from 1971 to 1973.
