BiographyKelly was born June 19, 1961 in Decatur, Indiana and spent her childhood growing up in Ocala, FL. Kelly began her career with the Florida Times Union in Jacksonville and became a successful freelance photojournalist. Kelly often portrayed her subjects in black and white, a feature which defined her distinctive work and classical style, separating her artistic touch behind the camera lens from artists.
