BiographyBorn Paul New. Added Stewart due to his resemblance to Rod Stewart. "His recorded music includes albums and several compositions, including “The Ballad of Roberto Clemente,” dedicated to the Hall of Fame outfielder who played 18 seasons with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Stewart's favorite team. Stewart wrote the song the day Clemente was killed in a plane crash in 1973.
