Richards, Paul, 1908-1986

Paul Richards played for the Brooklyn Dodgers (1932), New York Giants (1933-1935), Philadelphia Athletics (1935), and the Detroit Tigers (1943-1946) as a catcher. After his playing career, Richards managed the Chicago White Sox (1951-1954, 1976), Baltimore Orioles (1955-1961), served as general manager of the Orioles, Houston Colt .45s of the National League, and worked in the White Sox and Texas Rangers front offices.
