Biography"Albert R. Perkins, who wrote motion‐picture scripts and had been managing editor of Outdoor Life, Sport and American magazines, was found dead Monday in the surf of the Pacific Ocean. Circumstances of his death were not immediately known. He was 70 years old. Mr. Perkins had been a reporter for the old New York American and later editor of the “March of Time,” both for radio and the screen. He had written for Universal, Republic and Walt Disney studios and taught radio and television writing at New York University. He had also been radio and film director of Look magazine. Mr. Perkins graduated from Dartmouth University in 1925."--New York Times obituary
