Biography"Second baseman Bruce Andrew played in the 1959 College World Series, and he sparked a game-winning three-run rally that helped lead Oklahoma State University to become College World Series champions. Andrew played from 1961 to 1966 in the Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees farm systems. He never played above the AA level. In 1966, his final season, he won the batting title in the Florida State League. Overall, he hit .285 with 11 home runs in 626 minor league games. He also managed in the White Sox chain from 1966 to 1969. Andrew scouted from 1968 to 1977 for the Chicago White Sox.
