BiographyJim Beauchamp played for the St. Louis Cardinals (1963, 1970-1971), Houston of the National League (1964-1965, 1970, known as Colt .45's 1962-1964, then Astros 1965- ), Milwaukee Braves (1965), Atlanta Braves (1967), Cincinnati Reds (1968-1969), and the New York Mets (1972-1973). After his playing career, Beauchamp coached for the Braves and worked in their minor league system.
