BiographyPaul Carter was a pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1914-1920. In 1920, he was accused of fixing games and banned from MLB. He finished his career with the Kansas City Blues, American Association, 1921-1923, and six games with the Jersey City Skeeters, International League, in 1924.
