Berry, Charlie, 1902-1972

Charlie Berry played for the Philadelphia Athletics (1925, 1934-1936, 1938), Boston Red Sox (1928-1932), and the Chicago White Sox (1932-1933). After his playing career, Berry coached for the Athletics and umpired in the American League (1942-1962). He is the son of Charlie Berry.
