DescriptionA typed letter on Washington American League Base Ball Club letterhead from Clark Griffith to Alexander Cleland dated June 5, 1935. Griffith tells Cleland that he would be happy to meet and discuss what the Washington Club could donate to the Cooperstown Baseball Memorial and that he has many pictures with presidents and other dignitaries. The bottom of the letter is signed "Clark Griffith". The verso (not shown) is blank.
