Wambsganss is bent down and is holding the baseball bat on his left side after completing his swing. Wambsganss is dressed in the Boston Red Sox uniform. Three unidentified Boston Red Sox players are visible near the dugout. Numerous baseball bats are lined up on the ground in front of the dugout. Based on Wambsganss' uniform and his time with the Boston Red Sox this digital image was taken between 1924 and 1925.
