DescriptionA brochure advertising a game between the Indianapolis Clowns and the St. Joseph Baseball Club in St. Joseph, Michigan. The game is to take place August 20, 1956 at Edgewater Park. The brochure is printed on orange paper with black lettering and black-and-white photographs. The front has the game details as well as admission prices. There is a photo of Prince Jo Henry, "Baseball's Funniest Player of Clowns' Diamond Fun Show." The Clowns are billed as the Kings of Komedy. The inside has a photograph of Nature Boy Williams with Spec Bepop and King Tut, a photo of Nature Boy at bat and of Ed Hamman as a Diamond Clown. There is a write-up on stating they inject humor into a game and they are "the number one diamond attraction and drawing card in Negro baseball today." There is a quote from Sports Scribes "Never Better," "Clowns are Terrific." The back cover has a photo of Ed Hamman, King Tut, and Reinaldo Verdes Drake "Most sensational fly chaser in Negro Baseball." The top reads "Giant Baseball Fun Extravaganza!"
