The caption (not shown) reads, "Babe Ruth, mounted on his 'iron horse' and Lou Gehrig, wearing chaparejos and sombrero. The two Yankee World Series stars clown around Dexter Park, Brooklyn, New York, October 12, for the benefit of the Broad Street Hospital Benefit."
