DescriptionAn August 23, 1897 notice from the N.L. and A.A. of P.B.B.C. to Dick Harley that he has been fined five dollars due to actions in a game played on August 20, 1897. The letter is glued to a piece of paper containing four newspaper clippings regarding baseball games that Harley played in.
