DescriptionBlack leather shoes, size 7 1/2, with black fabric laces. Interior undersides of the tongues have manufacturer labels. Bottom soles are leather with six metal spikes. "P" is stamped into the right shoe bottom sole.
Bio/Historical NoteShoes worn by Phil Rizzuto during his last season before he retired in 1956. Rizzuto played shortstop for the New York Yankees from 1941 through 1956. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1994.
