DescriptionA fan membership card, in Spanish, for the Havana Red Sox Baseball Club, in the Cuban Winter League. The covers are red, with the front cover having a gold letter "H" with a gold lion. The membership card opens up and to the left is a photo of the fan member, wearing in what appears to be a police uniform. Below is his signature and in translation from Spanish to English, it reads, "With this card you can guarantee your status as a true fanatic defender of the club Habana." The right side, translating from Spanish to English reads, "Cuban Professional Base Ball League Champions of 1949-1950." This is followed by the fan's name, a natural of Habana, age 40, card no. 264, Habana, November 1, 1949, signed by Adolfo Luque. Below Luque's name, it translates to "Manager or player." The bottom translates to "This card must be signed by the manager or a player of the club to be a souvenir." The standardized information is in red, the personalized information is handwritten in black ink.
