The lineup card has the MLB logo at the top, followed by the team names, stadium and date. To the left is the Tampa Bay lineup and Toronto is to the right. Above the Tampa Bay lineup, are the umpires signatures next to their position. Below the lineups, are columns that show the available position players and pitchers. In the center of this, is the Roberto Clemente Day logo. The bottom is signed by the Rays manager Kevin Cash, in blue sharpie. The top right corner has the MLB authentication hologram sticker. The verso (not shown) is blank.
