DescriptionDiamond-shaped gold cufflinks with a depiction of a red cardinal bird in the center standing on a baseball bat with a baseball beneath and "St. Louis" in red lettering on the baseball. Outer diamond-shaped perimeter is white with gold at each corner and "The 1968 World Series" in gold lettering on the white enamel.

Bio/Historical NoteIn 1968 the Cardinals won the National League pennant for a second straight season and third time in five years. These cuff links were fashioned from press pins from the 1968 World Series in which Detroit defeated St. Louis in seven games.
