DescriptionWhite leather baseball with red stitching and a "National Baseball Hall of Fame" color logo on one panel and "Fotoball / Limited Edition" stamp on another panel. Baseball has been autographed in dark blue ink.
Bio/Historical NoteBaseball autographed by first responders of the September 11th terrorist attacks in New York City. On November 8, 2001, Hall of Famers George Brett, Lou Brock, Larry Doby, and Mike Schmidt visited Ground Zero, the site of the attack on the World Trade Center two months earlier. While in the city, the baseball legends turned the tables on the first responders by requesting their autographs.
