Ted Williams All-Star Game Autographed ball

DescriptionWhite leather baseball with red stitching and "Ted Williams / Enos Slaughter" autographed in black ink on one side of the ball. Another side of the ball has "T.W" in blue ink and "#" (or could be "XX") in black ink below. There are no visible stamps or manufacturer markings.
Bio/Historical NoteBaseball hit by Ted Williams for a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning of the 1941 All-Star Game in Detroit, enabling the American League to defeat the National League 7-5. Baseball was hit into the right field stands and dropped down at the feet of Enos Slaughter who put it in his pocket. Slaughter then presented it to Williams at the 1985 Induction ceremonies and both Slaughter and Williams signed the ball.
