Description14K gold World Series ring awarded to the 1947 World Champions, the New York Yankees, featuring a circular-shaped diamond set inside of a gold diamond. The diamond is surrounded by a circle of laurels and text reading "New York Yankees World Champions." Both sides have an eagle with a flag as its chest and a baseball and the words "New York" above its head. "1947" is below the eagle's feet.
Bio/Historical NoteThe New York Yankees defeated the Brooklyn Dodgers four games to three to win the 1947 World Series.
