New York Yankees World Series ring

DescriptionGold replica of the 1936 New York Yankees World Series ring that was given to Commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis. The ring features a circular diamond in the middle set in a silver diamond. A wreath of laurels and "New York Yankees World Champions" wrap around the diamond and lines. On both sides there is an eagle with "New York," a baseball above its head and "1936" below its feet.
Bio/Historical NoteThe New York Yankees defeated the New York Giants four games to two to win the 1936 World Series.
