DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of Edith "Red" Barney catching while Dorothy "Snookie" Harrell Doyle bats. Barney is in a crouch and Harrell is captured mid-swing. The umpire, Norris "Gadget" Ward, is also depicted, just behind Barney. This photograph was taken in 1948 based on when the two players were in the league.
