DescriptionA black-and-white photograph of six All-American Girls Professional Baseball League chaperones. They are, from left to right: Lucille "Lucy" Moore (South Bend Blue Sox), Margaret Johnson (Chicago Colleens), Ruth Waca (Peoria Redwings), Dottie Hunter (Grand Rapids Chicks), Dottie Green (Rockford Peaches), Geraldine "Gerry" Reiber (Fort Wayne Daisies). The women are standing in a line wearing the same outfit with AAGPBL patches on their shoulders. The photograph was probably taken in 1948 based on when the women depicted were chaperones in the league.
