They are arranged in three rows - one sitting cross-legged (Thelma "Tiby" Eisen, Helen Ketola LaCamera, Joanne "Jo" Weaver, Maxine Kline Randall, Ruth Matlack Sagrati), one kneeling/sitting in chairs (Wilma Briggs, Evelyn "Evie" Waryshyn Moroz, Frances "Fran" Janssen, Betty Weaver Foss, Kathryn "Katie" Vonderau, Mary Rountree, Naomi "Sally" Meier), and one standing (manager Max Carey, Doris Tetzlaff, Dorothy "Dottie" Schroeder, Dora Trois Wood, Vivian Kellogg, Catherine "Kay" Blumetta, Dorothy "Dottie" Wiltse Collins). There are two baseball bats crossed in front of them and a scoreboard reading "Home of the Daisies" can be seen behind them.
