Koufax is slightly bent down in a wide stance and has his left arm extended out in front of him. Koufax has a small smile on his face. He is dressed in the Brooklyn Dodgers home uniform. Based on Koufax's uniform and his time with the Brooklyn Dodgers this photograph was taken between 1955 and 1957.
