Koufax is holding up a baseball is his left hand as he touches his left wrist with his right hand. Koufax has a serious expression on his face. He is dressed in street clothes. Several members of the Los Angeles Dodgers team are visible as they stand by and listen to Koufax. Rick Dempsey is on the left and has the number 26 on the back of his uniform and is holding a catcher's face mask gear. Los Angeles Dodgers manager Davey Johnson is standing next to Dempsey and has the number 5 on the back of his uniform. Pitcher, Orel Hershiser has the number 55 on the back of his uniform. An unidentified Los Angeles Dodgers player is visible standing next to Hershiser on the right. All of the other gentlemen, besides Koufax, are dressed in the Los Angeles Dodgers home uniform. Based on the uniforms and the manager and players' time with the Los Angeles Dodgers this photograph was taken in approximately 2000.
