DescriptionRoyal blue uniform cap, size 7 1/8, with a white embroidered "LA" logo at the front center and a white button at the top crown. Underside of the bill is green with "Tom Lasorda" signed in blue marker and "2" handwritten in black marker. Interior tan leather sweatband has a "New Era" manufacturer label sewn into the rear along with a faded sizing tag and an MLB label on the proper left side rear of the sweatband.
Bio/Historical NoteCap worn by Tom Lasorda, manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, during the 1,000th victory of his career on August 27, 1988. The Dodgers defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 4-2.
